This is a comprehensive birth course for you and your support person to learn everything there is to know about your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. The goal is for you to leave feeling confident and educated to make informed decisions regarding your care. Come learn and make new friends on the same journey you are.
PREPARING FOR BIRTH+PREPARED FEEDING

Where evidence meets intuition. If you are wanting a CBE class you can enjoy from home, look no further. Upon sign up you will receive access to both Preparing for Birth and Prepared Feeding courses. This includes 6 podcasts with accompanying videos. Your course journal will be mailed to you. I am available to chat should you have any questions.

PREPARED FEEDING COURSE:
3 Hour Online Course: $50.00
Whether you are planning to breastfeed or bottled feed this course is a must. Educate yourself on how much your infant should be eating, does what you pump equal how much you produce, different nursing positions, nipple care, and more.
